A space to pause, reflect and feel supported
Parenting can feel deeply rewarding, but also confusing, overwhelming, and at times isolating – especially when you’re trying to understand your child’s needs in a world that doesn’t always make space for difference.
Our wellbeing workshops offer a calm, welcoming space to step back, make sense of what’s going on, and feel less alone.
Drawing on therapeutic, attachment-informed and neuro-affirming approaches, we explore topics in a way that is practical, compassionate and grounded in real-life experience.
Workshop Examples
Discover some of the themes we explore
Mindful parenting
Exploring how to slow things down, respond rather than react, and build a more connected relationship with your child – even in the middle of everyday challenges.
Attachment and emotional development
Understanding how early relationships shape your child’s sense of safety, confidence and connection, and how this shows up in their behaviour.
Neuro-affirming parenting
A space to reflect on your child’s unique way of experiencing the world, and to explore what genuinely supportive, neuro-affirming parenting can look like in day-to-day life.
Regulation and big emotions
Making sense of overwhelm, meltdowns and emotional intensity, and exploring how to support your child (and yourself) to feel more regulated.
Behaviour as communication
Looking beneath the surface of behaviour to understand what your child might be trying to express, and how to respond in ways that strengthen connection.
Supporting anxious children
Understanding anxiety from a nervous system perspective, and exploring gentle, practical ways to help your child feel safer and more secure.
A different kind of workshop
These workshops are not about being given a set of strategies or told how to parent.
Instead, they offer a space to think more deeply about your child, your relationship, and what’s really going on beneath the surface of behaviour.
We take a person-centred, neuro-affirming approach, recognising that there is no one-size-fits-all answer. What matters is developing understanding, confidence and a way forward that feels right for you and your child.
You don’t need to have the answers. You’re simply invited to be curious.

What a workshop feels like
Workshops are relaxed and conversational, rather than formal or lecture-based.
You’ll be invited to listen, reflect and, if you’d like, share your thoughts or experiences. Some parents come with specific questions, while others prefer to sit back and take things in.
There may be gentle guidance, practical examples, and opportunities to think about your own child in a supportive, non-judgemental space.
You’re free to engage in whatever way feels comfortable – there’s no pressure to speak or take part in discussion.
Many parents leave feeling clearer, more confident, and less alone.
