Training that connects theory, practice
and real-world experience

Thoughtful, practical training for professionals supporting children and young people – grounded in relational, neuro-affirming and nature-based approaches.

Enquire about training

A different kind of training

Our training for professionals working with children and young people is designed for those who want something more than theory alone.

We bring together therapeutic insight, real-world experience and the unique perspective of nature-based practice. Sessions are grounded, reflective and practical – offering approaches you can take straight into your work.

Whether you’re a teacher, support worker, therapist or part of a wider service, our aim is to support you to feel more confident, more attuned, and better equipped to meet the needs of the children you work with.

Example training themes

These can be delivered as standalone workshops or tailored to your setting:

Understanding behaviour through a relational lens

Moving beyond reward and consequence models to understand behaviour as communication, and responding in ways that support connection and regulation.

Supporting neurodivergent children in real-world settings

A reflective, experience-informed approach that builds on what you already know – focusing on practical ways to reduce overwhelm, support regulation, and create environments where children can thrive.

Attachment, safety and emotional regulation

Exploring how children experience safety, and how relationships and environments can support emotional regulation and resilience.

Nature-based approaches in practice

How outdoor environments can support wellbeing, engagement and regulation – with practical ideas that can be adapted to your setting.

Behaviour as communication

Looking beneath the surface of behaviour to understand what your child might be trying to express, and how to respond in ways that strengthen connection.

Using presence to support connection and regulation

A reflective and practical session exploring how presence – in the moment, in relationship, and in environment – can support children to feel safer, calmer and more able to engage.
